As a Journalist turned Spanish language teacher in the UK, turned Language coach® for expatriates in Spain, communication and languages has always been my thing.

- Cultural fluency –. Did you know that 80% of all communication is non-verbal? Each culture communicates with its own tone, gestures, behaviors and attitudes.
